What we actually are
Outpost Systems is a small operation that sets up the front office for rental and local service businesses — the booking, the phone, the contracts, the follow-up — and then keeps it running.
We're early. We have a live client and a product that works, and we're not going to pretend to be bigger than that. If you've been burned by an agency with a wall of logos and no phone number, you already know why we'd rather be honest about our size than impressive about it.
What that means for you in practice: you deal with the people who build the thing, changes happen in days rather than sprints, and nobody is going to send you a slide deck.
How we work
One system, done properly
We don't build something bespoke for every customer. We build one system well and configure it to your business. That's why it's $297 instead of $3,000 of setup plus a retainer.
No contract, on purpose
If we have to lock you in to keep you, we haven't earned the money. You can leave at the end of any month.
We'll tell you when it's not a fit
Some businesses don't need this, and some need more than this. We'd rather say so on the first call than take a payment we can't justify.
