Questions we actually get

I'm on job sites all day. Will this actually catch my calls?

That's the main thing it does. Voice AI answers on the first ring, and anything it can't take gets a text back within seconds so the customer doesn't move on to the next name on their list.

Can it stop no-show estimates?

It sends confirmations and reminders automatically, which is most of the problem. For the rest, you can require a scope agreement or a deposit before the appointment is confirmed.

Will the AI say something stupid to my customer?

It's scoped to your services, your area, and your pricing rules, and it hands off to you when it hits something it doesn't know. We'll play you real call recordings on the demo so you can judge it yourself rather than take our word for it.

I already use a CRM. Does this replace it?

It can, and for most one-to-ten-truck operations it does. If you're running something you like, tell us on the call what it is and we'll be straight with you about whether switching is worth it.

What does it actually cost?

$297 a month. That covers setup, the whole system, and support. There's no separate onboarding fee and no contract — you can cancel any month.

Why is it this cheap?

We build one system well and configure it for each business rather than designing something custom every time. That keeps our cost down, so we can charge less than a typical agency retainer and still make it work.

How long until it's running?

Seven to ten days from your onboarding form. You fill out one form; we do the build.

Do I have to be technical?

No. We set it up and hand you the keys on a 25-minute call. If something needs changing later, you ask us.

What happens to my existing phone number?

You keep it. We route it so the system can answer and text from it. Nothing about your number changes for your customers.
